What will you do?

We are looking for a temporary recruitment intern. As Formelio is scaling up, we’re hoping to reach a total of 50 employees soon. To achieve such a goal, our recruitment efforts have to be quick and effective. As a recruitment intern, you’ll be able to get hands on experience in the field of recruitment: attainment, employer branding, (introductory) interview and onboarding. If you’re interested, you can also deliver fresh perspectives on other HR topics, such as performance management, learning and development, benefits and compensation and more. This will be your chance to put your theoretical knowledge into practice!

You will

  • Employer branding on our website and social media.
  • Writing engaging vacancy texts.
  • Implement best practices in talent attraction locally and remotely.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews with candidates.
  • Implement an assessment driven recruitment strategy.
  • Design and increment the culture of Ivido together with the strategy team.
  • Learn more about the HR-field and the software development industry.

Job requirements

What do you possess?

  • A passion for building a healthy and happy culture in the organization.
  • Good sense of humor and easy-going personality. Engaging with team members both offline and online.
  • Superb organization skills. You’re process-driven, great at solving problems and you make decisions with confidence.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in balancing support of the team and the business needs. You’ll be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • The ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively seek out solutions and opportunities to improve
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
